A dedicated father to college student Joe, he’s also on a mission to build an indoor adventure park that currently employs 25 community members. Richard is the founder and manager of “Team Virginia TGA,” a 501c3 organization focused on raising organ donation awareness and showcasing recipients’ success through sports nationwide.
